Kevin Minehan

President

Kevin joined Christi Insurance in 1991. Over the years, Kevin has worked in many departments including claims, marketing, accounting and commercial line sales. Kevin took over as managing partner and president in 2006. In addition, Kevin continues to develop and service the needs of a large group of commercial clientele with a focus on contractors and manufacturers. A graduate of LaSalle University, Kevin majored in Political Science and minored in Business Administration and Accounting. His interests include his family, boating and attending his sons sporting events.

 


 

Gregory Brigidi

President

Employee Benefits & Human Resource Divisions

 

Gregory Brigidi is a founding partner of the Employee Benefits and Human Resources divisions..  Gregory has over 27 years of experience, providing employee benefit and human resource services to business leaders nationally.

 

While his responsibilities include managing all aspects of Christi’s core services, his experience is in building an organization from the ground up, that includes creating a superior client service platform across the benefits administration and human resource spectrums.   Specifically, Gregory has extensive knowledge in providing alternative funding and risk management solutions that significantly assist organizations in reducing their costs over the long-term.

 

Gregory’s experience working with a diverse group of organizations has helped him identify the most important challenges that business leaders face from small companies to large multi-nationally organizations.

 

Gregory has earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance from La Salle University.  Gregory is an active member in his community, sports clubs, La Salle University Alumni Board, local SHRM chapters and professional organizations.  Outside of his professional career, Gregory enjoys activities with his wife and two kids, golfing, skiing, coaching, and traveling.  Gregory resides in Montgomery Township, PA.

 


 

Eric McDowell

Principal

 

Eric is Executive Vice President and a Principal of Christi Insurance. He started his career in the Sales Division of Viking Yacht Company before joining Christi in 1995. Eric heads up the Marine Division while also servicing the Property and Casualty requirements of his clientele. Eric’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and an MBA from Rider University. An avid fisherman and sports enthusiast, Eric participates in fishing tournaments throughout the world, as well as enjoying exercising, skiing, boating and quality time with his wife Sarah and daughters Hannah and Brielle.

 


 

Andrew Lunney

Principal

 

Andy is Vice President and a Principal of Christi Insurance. He started his career as an underwriter at Ohio Casualty / Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. In 1993, Andy joined Christi as Commerical Marketing Manager. His duties include developing and maintaining Christi’s numerous commercial carrier relationships and placing accounts. He also directly services the Property and Casualty needs of his clientele.

 

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing / Risk Management from LaSalle University. In addition, Andy  has attained the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), and ALCM (Associate in Loss Control Management) designations. Andy enjoys a weekly round of golf and spending quality time with his wife Patricia and three children, Andy Jr., Allison and Brendan.
